Installer for Recent Posts & Comments 2-in-1 Widget

For those who do not like to edit HTML - even if it just a few parameters - here is a form that does everything for you. This is 2-in-1 widget so you need two if you want both Recent Posts and Recent Comments. It is commented so you can change the settings once installed. The widget itself is a slightly improved version for the one I posted about I will publish source and everything else shortly for those who are interested.
